Senior Consultant – Procurement Transformation

About the role

Sia is seeking a Senior Consultant to help clients boost competitiveness by transforming their Procurement, Finance and Supply Chain functions. You will work on end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) improvements, digitalisation, and sustainability initiatives while supporting internal business development.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and redesign Source‑to‑Pay processes, implement digital tools and marketplaces.
• Develop purchasing policies, strategic roadmaps, category strategies and pooling models.
• Identify and execute CSR opportunities, conduct supplier carbon assessments and promote circular‑economy solutions.
• Design and apply risk‑management frameworks, including supplier risk mapping, audits and compliance with RGPD, SAPIN II, cybersecurity standards.
• Perform spend‑optimisation diagnostics, demand reviews, negotiation strategies and economic impact projections.
• Contribute to Sia’s internal offer development, financial performance analysis and commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, computer science, statistics or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a consulting environment, preferably in procurement or supply‑chain projects.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
