Senior Consultant – Marketing Strategy & Digital Transformation

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in Marketing Strategy & Digital Transformation, you will partner with Sia’s clients to shape and execute digital strategies that enhance customer experience, drive online growth and unlock data‑driven insights. You will work across industries, translating market trends into actionable business models and guiding the implementation of cutting‑edge digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and co‑create digital strategies, operating models and customer journeys for client organisations.
• Lead the design and rollout of digital and mobile innovations, including e‑commerce platforms, mobile apps and online marketing campaigns.
• Analyse business performance and data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop Sia’s service offering and contribute to business development activities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and translate them into practical client solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–6 years of consulting experience in corporate strategy, digital transformation, digital marketing or customer experience.
• Strong interest in data, AI and emerging digital trends.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Creative, analytical mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with marketing technology stacks such as Adobe, Salesforce, Thunderhead and Google tools.
• Proficiency in digital customer experience design and journey mapping.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
