Senior Consultant

About the role

Sia, a next‑generation global management consulting group, is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join its team. You will work on a variety of client projects, helping organisations navigate digital transformation, improve operations, and capture new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to projects focused on strategic positioning, new business development, organisational redesign, and operational excellence.
• Support business re‑engineering initiatives and pricing or revenue‑management programmes for retail and service clients.
• Participate in internal activities such as developing Sia’s service offering, interpreting market innovations, and driving business‑development initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues on commercial proposals and need‑definition workshops.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, econometrics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a consultancy environment.
• Proven track record in at least one of the following services: digitalisation, marketing & customer experience, operational excellence, pricing & revenue management, or procurement & sourcing.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
