Senior Consultant – Energy and Utilities

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join its Energy and Utilities practice. You will work on transformation projects for leading clients, applying data‑driven insights to help them navigate industry change.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project assignments including data structuring, analysis, benchmarking, and process mapping.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and produce functional specifications.
• Coach junior team members and new hires, sharing best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of consulting experience, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.

Required skills

• Interest and quick learning ability in data and AI‑related topics.
• Fluency in French, Dutch (mandatory) and English.
