Senior Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to help design and evaluate AI training environments that mimic real‑world management consulting projects. You will work remotely, translating authentic consulting engagements into structured scenarios that guide next‑generation generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Break projects into discrete, AI‑compatible tasks such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions for each task to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.
• Collaborate with the AI and data‑generation teams to ensure scenarios are aligned with model capabilities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier strategy firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models, conduct market analyses, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain, data‑limited situations.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience with financial modelling, market analysis, and synthesis of messy inputs.
• Ability to create clear, actionable deliverables for AI training purposes.
