Senior Business Manager – Flemish Region

About the role

Astek is seeking a Senior Business Manager to lead growth initiatives in the Flemish region. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our consulting and IT recruitment services, shaping business opportunities and driving revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse clients' recruitment and business needs.
• Develop and execute sales and growth strategies for the region.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with enterprise clients and consultants.
• Lead recruitment activities and present tailored business proposals.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms.
• Implement and monitor sales plans to achieve targets.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within consulting or IT recruitment.
• Proven track record working with enterprise‑level clients.
• Full professional proficiency in Flemish.
• Strong command of English (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Excellent organisational, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Creative, proactive and dynamic approach to work.
