Senior Business Controller – Acquisition & Revenue Assurance (Team Lead)

About the role

Verisure is seeking a Senior Business Controller to lead acquisition and revenue assurance activities. In this position you will act as the bridge between strategic acquisition control and day‑to‑day business controlling, supporting the Acquisition & Business Control Manager while coaching a junior controller.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business partnering relationships with Marketing and Sales to drive sales growth.
• Analyse cost‑per‑acquisition (CPA) and acquisition performance, prepare reports and monitor KPIs.
• Lead the acquisition business control team: coordinate tasks, coach staff and set priorities.
• Identify risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing processes for acquisition activities.
• Create and maintain dashboards and controlling tools using Power BI and Excel.
• Implement revenue‑assurance controls to prevent errors, fraud and revenue leakage.
• Contribute to process optimisation and internal control improvements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business controlling or financial analysis.
• Experience in acquisition controlling and revenue assurance is a plus.
• Previous experience in a coordinating or leadership role (team lead or project lead).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bilingual in English and French or Dutch.
