Senior Business Analyst – Microsoft Business Central ERP

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for a multi‑country transformation program. The role is based in either Antwerp, Belgium or Paris, France and combines on‑site collaboration with one remote day per week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for the Business Central migration program.
• Engage finance, supply‑chain and operations stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Analyse current processes and design optimized future‑state workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and configuration settings.
• Drive process standardisation across finance, operations and SCM.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and process‑mapping sessions.
• Collaborate with IT and system integrators while maintaining a strong business focus.
• Support UAT testing, business readiness and change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in ERP transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of finance (GL, AP, AR, reporting) and supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English and French.
• Analytical, structured and able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in international, complex environments.
