Senior Back-End Developer (Node.js)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Back‑End Developer to build and maintain the core services that power the new team.blue Hub. You will work in a small, autonomous squad that leverages AI to deliver a unified, intelligent experience across all team.blue brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Implement notification logic, identification flows and brand integrations.
• Build and operate data pipelines using Aurora Postgres, ClickHouse and ETL processes.
• Deploy and manage AWS infrastructure (ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, RDS) and ensure high reliability.
• Develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and clients for the agent‑readiness layer.
• Maintain test coverage, monitoring, documentation and contribute to CI/CD automation.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong ownership mindset, autonomous and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working in a remote‑first, async environment.

Required skills

• TypeScript and Node.js development in a cloud environment.
• Python and/or Go (optional but a plus).
• AWS services: ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, RDS.
• API design and implementation (REST, GraphQL).
• Database expertise: PostgreSQL (mandatory), ClickHouse, Aurora.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code and automation frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and AI‑assisted coding tools.
