Senior Application & DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Application & DevOps Engineer to lead the delivery, support, and modernization of enterprise platforms that serve thousands of global users. You will act as the technical lead for a portfolio of critical applications, ensuring high availability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead migration and modernization of legacy platforms to internally managed infrastructure while preserving service continuity.
• Serve as technical lead for 50+ enterprise applications, maintaining 99.99%+ availability for over 5,000 users worldwide.
• Manage full application lifecycle: installation, configuration, deployment, upgrades, patching, and production support.
• Provide advanced L2/L3 support across applications, middleware, networking, and infrastructure.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD.
• Administer Kubernetes‑based platforms (VMware Tanzu), Docker containers, and Helm charts.
• Implement monitoring and observability with Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Apply DevSecOps practices using HashiCorp Vault and compliance frameworks (OWASP, ISO 27001, GDPR).

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale migration and modernization projects.
• Strong background in managing enterprise applications and delivering high‑availability services.
• Solid understanding of ITIL, change management, and SDLC governance.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and operational teams.
