Senior Android Developer (Kotlin)

About the role

OneSource Consulting is seeking a Senior Android Developer with strong Kotlin expertise to join its mobile development team in Brussels. The role involves building and enhancing a high‑quality Android application within an Agile, hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin.
• Implement new features and improve existing mobile functionalities.
• Write clean, maintainable, high‑performance code following Android best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, QA and backend developers.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline delivery.
• Troubleshoot, optimise and resolve performance issues.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
