Senior Active Directory Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Active Directory Specialist to join our compact Infrastructure & Identity team in Belgium. You will provide 3rd‑line support, troubleshoot complex AD and Azure AD (Entra ID) issues, and help shape the future of our identity services in an Agile, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 3rd‑line support and deep‑dive troubleshooting for on‑prem Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Co‑lead the design, setup and implementation of a new AD project.
• Develop and document team processes, procedures and disaster‑recovery scenarios.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation (1 week in 8).

Required profile

• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience with Active Directory (on‑prem) and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Strong 3rd‑line technical expertise, comfortable with deep‑dive troubleshooting and disaster recovery.
• Ability to quickly become productive and take ownership of critical identity infrastructure.
