Senior Account Manager – Broker Credit Insurance (Dutch-speaking)

About the role

We are supporting an international leader in credit insurance and risk management to hire a Senior Account Manager – Broker Credit Insurance for its Belgian broker channel. The role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of broker‑driven clients, including mid‑size and corporate accounts, while ensuring high‑quality service and commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop a broker portfolio with autonomy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients and decision‑makers.
• Prepare tailored quotations, pricing structures and solutions.
• Lead renewals, negotiations and contractual discussions.
• Respond quickly to pricing requests, tenders and renewals.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with underwriting, risk and back‑office teams.
• Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a client‑facing credit insurance commercial role.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Experience working with brokers, corporate clients or financial decision‑makers.
• Structured, autonomous and solution‑oriented approach.
• Fluent Dutch (mandatory); French is a strong plus.
