Scrum Master / Project Leader for Telephony Migration (Azure DevOps)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Leader to drive our Engage program, a telephony migration initiative. The role focuses on guiding a small, cross‑functional squad, ensuring agile best practices, and delivering high‑quality results using Azure DevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand‑up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) and other squad meetings.
• Implement and monitor the Agile methodology, ensuring smooth adoption and removal of obstacles.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and definition of Done.
• Track squad capacity, velocity and other metrics for planning and continuous improvement.
• Act as servant‑leader, shielding the squad from interruptions and fostering focus.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including third‑party providers.
• Promote continuous improvement, identify related tasks and ensure smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Scrum Master or Squad Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Agile reporting tools (e.g., Rally) and software development processes.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience working in hybrid or remote environments.
