School Internship in Enabling Functions (2026‑2027)

About the role

Join PwC’s Human Capital team for a school internship in Enabling Functions during the academic year 2026‑2027. You will gain hands‑on experience across HR technology, operations and business partnering while continuing your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Support HRIS initiatives such as Workday operations, GenAI use cases, process documentation and data analytics.
• Assist HR Operations (payroll, reward, fleet) with intranet updates, process documentation, payroll preparation and employee request handling.
• Contribute to HR Business Partner activities, including talent management, People Survey analysis and HR project support.

Required profile

• Final‑year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Available for a minimum 3‑month internship during 2026‑2027 with a valid internship agreement.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, good command of English, motivated team player with strong organizational skills.

Required skills

• Workday platform knowledge or willingness to become a Workday expert.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and digital tools.
• Basic data‑analysis and reporting abilities.
