SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Consultant

About the role

Accenture is seeking a mid‑level SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Consultant to join its growing Human Capital Management practice. You will work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders to understand their HR processes and help design and implement SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions that drive transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate client process walkthroughs to align business requirements with solution functionality.
• Act as a client‑facing consultant to capture and analyse HR business needs.
• Identify optimal ways to leverage SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM to meet client objectives.
• Support the interface workstream by clarifying integration scenarios between the HCM solution and other applications.
• Contribute to configuration, testing, training and change‑management activities across the project.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementations.
• Interest in larger or global projects and willingness to expand expertise across additional modules.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Mid‑level experience, capable of working independently and within a team.
