SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Consultant (Dutch speaker)

About the role

Accenture is expanding its SAP Human Capital Management practice and seeks a Dutch‑speaking SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Consultant to join a dynamic team delivering HR transformation projects across Europe. You will work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders to translate HR requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate client process walkthroughs to capture business requirements and align them with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM functionality.
• Act as a client‑facing consultant to design, configure, test, and support the HCM solution.
• Support the interface workstream by understanding integration scenarios between SuccessFactors/HCM and other applications.
• Contribute to configuration, testing, training, and change‑management activities.
• Monitor project deliverables, guide clients through go‑live, and ensure successful adoption of the solution.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementations.
• Interest in larger, possibly global, projects and willingness to expand expertise.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent Dutch language skills.
