Salesforce Consultant – AI & Agentforce (Hybrid)

About the role

As a Salesforce Consultant you will work on projects where Salesforce and artificial intelligence intersect, helping clients design and deliver AI‑powered solutions with Agentforce agents. You will collaborate with developers, architects and client stakeholders to translate business processes into functional Salesforce designs and guide the implementation from analysis to go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Run client workshops to uncover business processes and identify AI and automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional Salesforce designs.
• Design and configure Agentforce agents, including topics, actions, instructions and guardrails.
• Own a workstream across the full project lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and deployment.
• Support testing, user acceptance, training and client adoption of the delivered solution.
• Contribute to proposals, effort estimates and the growth of the AI offering.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience with Salesforce in functional or technical roles, preferably across several implementations.
• Solid knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and core CRM processes.
• Strong interest in AI with exposure to Agentforce, Prompt Builder or Data Cloud (a plus).
• Ability to translate business goals into clear requirements and practical solutions.
• Experience with Agile delivery is an advantage.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Agentforce Specialist) are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
