Sales & Support Team Leader – Europe & Middle East

About the role

We are seeking a Sales & Support Team Leader for Europe & the Middle East to drive customer satisfaction and sales performance across the region. Based in Central Europe, this full‑time hybrid role will lead a diverse team, ensuring seamless service delivery and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day sales activities and after‑sales support for the regional team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Motivate and lead a dynamic team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with senior management and regional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Strong team‑management experience with the ability to motivate diverse staff.
• Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Proactive problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations, measurement technologies and high‑flow sampling.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, management or a related field.
