Sales Representative – Digital Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Representative for Digital Solutions, you will bridge customer needs with cutting‑edge technology, turning opportunities into valuable digital projects. Working from our Nivelles base, you will help industrial and service markets in Belgium accelerate their digital transformation while growing your own expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities in service markets and industry.
• Build and nurture contacts within existing, dormant and new accounts.
• Maintain a clear pipeline through prospecting, networking and events.
• Hold discussions with stakeholders at operational, engineering, management and C‑level.
• Analyse customer processes, map needs and translate technical insights into value propositions and ROI cases.
• Position Equans Digital as a long‑term strategic partner.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and presales teams in French, Dutch and English to qualify opportunities.
• Leverage the global Equans Digital network to share best practices and innovative ideas.
• Guide customers through decision‑making, focusing on operational impact and financial results.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, technology, business or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years in technical‑commercial roles within automation, OT/IT vendors, industrial digitalisation or building systems.
• Proven network in industrial operations, maintenance, utilities or system integration.
• Consultative sales approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Independent, results‑driven mindset with structured pipeline management.
• Fluent in French and Dutch; English is an asset.
