Sales Representative Benelux (M/W)

About the role

The Sales Representative for the Benelux region will drive profitable growth within the independent channel, managing relationships with ABC doors across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. You will act as the primary point of contact for independent customers, ensuring commercial excellence and strong execution of brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and manage all ABC doors according to the agreed call cycle, maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end activities for independent customers, including order processing, launch setups and tester distribution.
• Define and monitor annual agreements with the Sales Manager, negotiate trading conditions and present new product launches.
• Track sell‑in, sell‑out, stock levels and report monthly performance versus budget.
• Promote product placements, POSM, visual merchandising and planograms in stores.
• Analyze sales data by brand, retailer and region to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and category performance.
• Detect and resolve POS incidents such as out‑of‑stock situations, missing testers or space issues.
• Participate in sell‑out activations and sales Saturdays to boost performance.

Required profile

• Strong negotiation skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Passion for sales and building lasting customer relationships.
• Confident communicator able to adapt to diverse audiences.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
