About the role
Farm Frites is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to cover the Belgium region, including Charleroi, Liège, Namur, Wallonia and Luxembourg. You will be the primary contact for foodservice operators, building strong relationships and driving growth of our potato specialty portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and expand a customer portfolio within the assigned region.
- Build long‑term relationships with end‑users and wholesale partners.
- Identify commercial opportunities, negotiate agreements and execute sales plans.
- Organise product presentations, kitchen tests and promotional activations.
- Monitor market developments, share insights and support strategic decisions.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and manage the sales pipeline (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Required profile
- Vocational (MBO 3‑4) or higher education (MBO+/HBO) depending on seniority.
- 2‑7 years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice, FMCG or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
- Self‑motivated, structured and proactive with a hands‑on mindset.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
Required skills
- Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency.
