Sales & Marketing Trainee Internship

About the role

Hilton Brussels Grand Place is looking for an energetic intern to join its team as a Sales and Marketing Trainee. The internship lasts at least five months and starts in January 2027, and offers practical experience in hotel management, sales and marketing within a prestigious environment.

Key responsibilities

• Marketing: create and distribute brochures, flyers and digital assets, prepare presentations for the Sales and Meeting & Events team, maintain the hotel website, blog and partner sites, analyse campaign performance, manage online reputation and support marketing campaigns.
• Social media: manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google My Business, support the digital strategy, create photos, videos and copy, set up reporting and run video challenges.
• Sales: handle administrative tasks, create presentations, coordinate business activities, work with teams to deliver a great customer experience, identify potential clients and generate leads, and conduct market research to find new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Student in hotel management, marketing, communication or business.
• Fluent English; French, Dutch or another language is a plus.
• Communicative, customer-service oriented, energetic and able to work in a team.
