About the role
Sailun Tyre Europe is seeking a Sales Manager for the French market to drive strategic growth and strengthen its position in one of its key European territories. The role combines B2B leadership, commercial discipline and partnership development to deliver sustainable market expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and oversee the French market strategy, ensuring alignment with Sailun’s broader European direction.
- Develop and execute a segmented go‑to‑market approach for tyre products across various customer groups.
- Provide market insights, identify growth opportunities and support strategic commercial decision‑making.
- Manage and develop strategic distribution partners, setting performance standards and fostering long‑term value creation.
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts and distributors, ensuring brand and product standards are upheld.
- Collaborate closely with European, technical and cross‑functional teams to support sustainable growth initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in B2B sales.
- Experience in managing distributor and partner networks within the tyre or automotive sector.
- Ability to translate market strategy into disciplined commercial actions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building long‑term partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a data‑driven approach to market development.
