Sales Director EMEA

About the role

BuzziSpace is looking for a dynamic Sales Director to own and grow its commercial organisation across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will combine strategic vision with hands‑on market engagement, leading a team of Area Sales Managers while also managing key accounts in the Benelux and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the EMEA market.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of four Area Sales Managers.
• Drive profitable revenue growth through forecasting, pipeline management and new‑business acquisition.
• Expand and nurture dealer, agency and global‑account networks.
• Build long‑term partnerships with architects, designers, dealers and key accounts.
• Manage strategic customer relationships, especially in the Benelux and the UK.
• Translate global strategy into regional execution and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and the Haworth Group.
• Foster a high‑performance culture with clear goals, ownership and accountability.

Required profile

• Extensive commercial leadership experience in B2B, preferably within specification‑driven sales.
• Proven track record of building and leading high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to identify and act on new market opportunities.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with architects, designers and key accounts.
• Strategic thinker who can translate vision into actionable plans.
