Sales Consultant – Health & Wellness

About the role

Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a Sales Consultant. You will spend most of your time engaging prospective members over the phone and showcasing our clubs in person, helping them experience a premium after‑care service.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to inspire and inform prospective members about our clubs (≈70% of time).
• Conduct club tours, present membership options, and achieve individual and team sales targets (≈30% of time).
• On‑board new members and ensure they receive high‑quality after‑care support.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Required profile

• Target‑driven with strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
• Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.
