Sales & Business Development Manager

About the role

Seety is looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its B2B mobility platform. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and onboarding, helping companies centralise employee parking and mobility expenses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new corporate customers through cold calls, emails, events and trade shows.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing accounts, delivering a best‑in‑class experience and uncovering cross‑selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay market feedback and help shape the solution portfolio.
• Define and refine the sales strategy, implement tools and processes that support rapid growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep the offering competitive.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in mobility or related technology.
• Fluent in French and Dutch (mandatory).
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Interest in smart cities, mobility and new technologies.
