About the role
Soeur is looking for a permanent, full-time Sales Associate (Brand Ambassador) in Antwerp, working directly with the boutique manager. The role combines sales and customer service with a focus on product knowledge and visual merchandising.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally, build loyalty through personalised support and exceed their needs.
- Contribute to product selection (silhouette proposals) and know product characteristics such as shapes, materials, colours and finishes.
- Help implement visual merchandising and keep the sales area tidy and products correctly displayed.
- Contribute to outlet sales by optimising personal sales indicators and taking part in cash collection, deliveries and returns, and stock management.
Required profile
- Fluent English and Dutch.
- Available for 30 hours per week.
- Passionate about providing high-quality customer service and excellent product knowledge.
