Sales Associate – Build & Scale Startup Commercial Engine

About the role
As a Sales Associate at Predikt, you will work side‑by‑side with the CEO to launch and grow the company’s commercial engine. This is a hands‑on, founder‑led sales motion where you will help shape the sales process from the ground up and drive enterprise revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO to execute and gradually own the full sales cycle, from prospect identification to deal closure.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Structure and maintain the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data quality and pipeline visibility.
- Design and run outbound campaigns, leveraging AI‑driven tools to refine prospecting and messaging.
- Represent Predikt at industry events to raise brand awareness and build a network of enterprise decision‑makers.
- Contribute to the development of commercial best practices and scalable processes.
Required profile
- Driven, ambitious and hungry to build something from the start.
- Commercially sharp with a strong ability to hunt new opportunities and farm existing relationships.
- Resourceful, proactive and willing to roll up sleeves in an early‑stage startup environment.
- Comfortable presenting to senior enterprise stakeholders and representing the company credibly.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled prospecting and messaging tools.
