Sales Assistant – Retail (w/m/d)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our waterdrop® store. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering an excellent and sustainable hydration experience to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and guide customers to the right products.
• Answer questions about product features, pricing, and benefits.
• Capture customer data to build loyalty and expand our database.
• Handle complaints promptly, investigate issues and propose solutions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness and stock security.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Open and close the store as required and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.

Required profile

• Approachable, enthusiastic and committed to high‑quality customer service.
• Strong selling skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance, good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to adapt, take on new challenges and go the extra mile.
• Previous retail sales experience in a customer‑focused setting.
