Sales Assistant – Retail Store

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our waterdrop® store at the Hydrista Designer Outlet in Luxembourg. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, promoting our sustainable hydration products, and supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying waterdrop® values and product knowledge.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers and matching their needs.
• Answer product‑related questions, including prices, features and benefits.
• Capture customer data to grow the loyalty database.
• Resolve complaints promptly by investigating issues and proposing solutions.
• Execute the 6‑Drop Selling Ceremony to maximise product excellence.
• Participate in store meetings, training sessions and maintain clear communication with colleagues.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness and general housekeeping.
• Follow security, cash‑handling and stock‑protection procedures.
• Open and close the store as required and ensure health‑and‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• Approachable and enthusiastic with a strong commitment to customer service.

• Strong selling skills and a professional image.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently both alone and in a team.
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.
