Sales Assistant – Retail (Full‑time/Part‑time)

About the role

Join waterdrop® as a Sales Assistant and become the face of an innovative, eco‑friendly hydration brand. You will work directly with customers in a store environment, helping them discover our Microdrinks and supporting the brand’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying waterdrop® values and core retail principles.
• Provide excellent customer service, identify needs, and recommend products.
• Capture customer data to build loyalty and expand the database.
• Handle customer complaints promptly, investigating issues and proposing solutions.
• Execute the 6 Drop Selling Ceremony and maintain high product knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and security of stock and cash.
• Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and ensure accurate time‑keeping.
• Open and close the store as required and adhere to health & safety standards.
