About the role
Alcadon is looking for a full‑time Sales Assistant to join its on‑site team in Schelle. You will support daily sales operations, act as a liaison between clients and sales representatives, and help streamline processes in a fast‑growing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist sales representatives with order processing and client communication.
- Maintain accurate sales records and organize documentation.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Provide high‑quality customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Support the achievement of sales targets through administrative and logistical assistance.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
- Proven sales acumen and solid organisational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems (advantageous)
