Sales Account Executive (B2B SaaS)

About the role

VirtualPools is looking for a driven Sales Account Executive to join its growing team in Antwerp. You will be the front‑line salesperson for a SaaS solution that modernises the swimming‑pool construction market, working closely with the Founder/CEO to turn market enthusiasm into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations via video calls and at international trade shows.
• Qualify, nurture and close inbound leads generated by the company’s growth engine.
• Allocate time each week for outbound prospecting, cold‑calling and creating new opportunities from provided target lists.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and pipeline data in the CRM to support quarterly revenue tracking.
• Provide market feedback directly to the founders and help refine the sales playbook.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of proven B2B or SaaS sales experience.
• Entrepreneurial “founding” mindset with a passion for building a sales function from the ground up.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment and iterating on sales processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and data hygiene.
