Rooms Management Trainee

About the role

Pandox Belgium offers a hands-on Rooms Management Trainee programme at a flagship Hilton property in a prime European location. The role sits in the Rooms Division, with a strong focus on Housekeeping, and gives hospitality students a real leadership experience rather than a basic internship.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily operations: room flow, inspections and priorities
• Handle pressure: VIP arrivals, last-minute changes and tight deadlines
• Own quality: no shortcuts, no excuses
• Lead people: brief teams, manage performance and motivate under pressure
• Understand the business: productivity, costs, stock and suppliers
• Solve problems quickly: turn guest complaints into solutions
• Create a place of well-being for the team and colleagues

Required profile

• Hospitality student looking for more than a basic internship
• Not afraid of opportunities, detail-obsessed and structured
• Thick skin: takes feedback and moves forward
• Wants responsibility, not comfort
