About the role

Join Danone as a Retail Sales Representative / Commercial Analyst and combine on‑site commercial work with data‑driven decision‑making. You will influence performance from day one by spotting opportunities in stores and turning insights into concrete actions across multiple product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retailers, build strong relationships and drive performance.
• Identify commercial opportunities in‑store and translate them into actionable plans.
• Use data analysis to prioritize actions across regions, sectors and customers.
• Combine field insights with analytics to improve execution and results.
• Own your territory, manage priorities and plan activities independently.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing and strategy teams.
• Contribute to ongoing business improvement and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Eager to learn, grow and make an impact.
• Enjoys contact with people and data‑supported decision making.
• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a good command of Excel.
• Interest or first experience in commercial or customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good level of English.
• Proactive mindset with ambition to develop quickly.
