Retail Sales Manager

About the role

Pirelli BeLux is looking for a Retail Sales Manager to drive commercial results in the retail tyre channel across Brussels and Flanders. You will lead a field sales team of five, act as the primary liaison with major retail chains, and help shape the regional commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an executive plan aligned with Pirelli’s overall strategy.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail channel.
• Maintain direct contact with head offices of all major retail chains in Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Support the Commercial Direction and Marketing team in building tailored commercial plans for customer clusters.
• Accompany sales representatives on retailer visits when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive or tyre industry.
• Proven experience managing a sales team.
• Result‑oriented with strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a proactive commercial mindset.

Required skills

• Fluent Dutch and French (mandatory).
• Proficient English (preferred).
