Retail Runner (Store Assistant) – Ghent

About the role

MR MARVIS is looking for enthusiastic runners to join the team at its Ghent store. In this customer‑facing position you will help welcome visitors, keep the shop and stockroom tidy, and support colleagues in the fitting rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a high‑quality shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and well‑presented shop environment, both inside and outside.
• Keep the stockroom organized and assist with inventory tasks.
• Support colleagues in fitting rooms and offer refreshments such as coffee, tea, or water.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded.
• Patient, flexible, presentable and a good communicator.
• Customer‑oriented with a passion for fashion and styling.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
