Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately document every interaction in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally, with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
