About the role

We are looking for a Remote Computer User Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our users across digital platforms. You will work from home, handling a variety of hardware, software, and system‑related queries while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system issues.
• Guide users through step‑by‑step solutions in a clear, professional manner.
• Assist with account setup, access problems, and password resets.
• Document cases, resolutions, and system updates.
• Escalate complex problems to higher‑level technical teams.

• Identify recurring issues and report trends for improvement.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
