About the role

We are looking for a Remote Computer User Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our users across digital platforms. You will work from home, handling inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing systems, and help ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and account services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user support requests through email, chat, or ticketing tools.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system issues.
• Guide users step‑by‑step to resolve problems in a clear, professional manner.
• Assist with account setup, access problems, and password resets.
• Document cases, resolutions, and system updates in the knowledge base.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level technical teams when needed.
• Identify recurring problems and report trends for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
