Remote Appointment Setter - German Speaking

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, placing candidates directly with startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies and tech-enabled businesses. It is looking for a high-energy, bilingual Appointment Setter for a fast-paced sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving the sales pipeline by turning cold leads into qualified meetings. The role is high-volume outbound and suits someone who enjoys making connections.

Key responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound call campaigns to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for the senior sales team.
• Manage and update the CRM meticulously to ensure smooth lead hand-off.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls made and appointments booked.
• Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism.

Required profile

• Native or near-native fluency in German (written and verbal).
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing or lead generation.
• Ability to handle high call volumes consistently without losing enthusiasm.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy pipeline.
• Reliable remote work setup, including high-speed internet and a professional headset.
• Prior experience in a remote sales environment and a background in SaaS or B2B professional services.

Required skills

• Previous experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
