Reform Instructor – Flexible Freelance (Antwerp, Brasschaat, Ghent, Latem, Mechelen)

About the role

RITE is looking for passionate Reform (Reformer Pilates) instructors to teach classes across Antwerp, Brasschaat, Ghent, Latem and Mechelen. This is a freelance position that requires a minimum of six classes per week after completing the RITE Academy training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑energy Reform Pilates classes to groups of varying levels.
• Schedule and teach sessions during daytime, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Create a motivating and inclusive environment that challenges participants.
• Attend all mandatory academy sessions and the final showcase.

Required profile

• Freelance or flexible‑working professional with a variable schedule.
• Available to teach during day, evening and weekend slots.
• Able to commit to at least six classes per week.
• Motivated, energetic and able to inspire a community.

Required skills

• Reformer Pilates instruction.
• Group fitness class delivery.
