Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Lutosa, a Belgian leader in frozen and refrigerated potato products, is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join its HR team. You will act as a business partner, managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for employee‑level positions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each profile.
• Write and publish job advertisements.
• Screen applications, conduct pre‑selection interviews and manage the full selection process.
• Evaluate candidates, provide structured feedback and make final job offers.
• Maintain rigorous follow‑up with hiring managers and candidates.
• Participate in job fairs, build partnerships with schools and support internship recruitment.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and increase visibility on social media in collaboration with marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, or at least 5 years of proven professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, handling multiple processes independently.
• Strong analytical, advisory and communication skills, with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English (minimum B1 level).
