Recruitment Consultant

About the role

The Recruitment Consultant will partner with HR Business Partners and department heads to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the central bank. You will ensure high‑quality sourcing, thorough candidate evaluation, and seamless coordination across the institution’s units.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse recruitment needs with HRBPs and managers, draft job postings and select distribution channels.
• Source, contact and present opportunities to targeted banking and IT profiles, and follow up on applications.
• Screen applications, develop assessment tools (reference checks, technical or personality tests) and participate in interviews.
• Prepare interview reports, shortlist candidates for management review and monitor progress through to final hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, job posting creation, interviewing and selection.
• Good knowledge of banking and IT professions.
• Ability to act as an HR partner, providing advice and analysis.
• Excellent written communication for reports and selection notes.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
