Recruiter (RPO/MSP)

About the role

As a Recruiter you will support the delivery of our client’s RPO and/or MSP hiring programmes. Working closely with Page Outsourcing and key client stakeholders, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from candidate generation to successful onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with Talent Acquisition Managers and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, expectations and timelines.
• Generate and select candidates using LinkedIn, client ATS, job boards, social networks, employee referrals and networking events.
• Guide hiring managers through short‑listing, interview coordination and offer negotiations.
• Provide monthly recruitment reporting, including diversity and inclusion metrics.
• Act as the client’s storyteller, sharing culture, strategy and opportunities with candidates.
• Research target companies and locations to build talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a passion for helping people find the right role.
• Previous experience in recruitment – in‑house, agency or RPO environments.
• Inquisitive nature and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluency in both French and Dutch.
