Recruiter (Dutch & English) – Brussels (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter who is fluent in Dutch and English to join our Brussels team. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both from the office and remotely while supporting our clients across Belgium in finding top IT and engineering talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and the internal database.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate experience, skills and career goals.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with recruitment procedures.
• Collaborate with Business Managers and Client Service Managers to meet hiring needs.
• Stay informed about market trends and expand networks within the IT and engineering sectors.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, HR or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Motivation to learn and grow within an international environment.
