Receptionist – Day & Night Shifts (Flexible)

About the role

Join the front‑office team at Mövenpick Brussels Airport as a Receptionist working both day and night shifts. You will be the first point of contact for hotel guests and Parking 21 clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience in a busy airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Perform accurate check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Handle reservations, modifications and no‑shows according to company standards.
• Provide information about hotel services, transport options and local attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, feedback and issues.
• Manage phone calls, emails and administrative follow‑up.
• Process payments and ensure correct cash handling.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments.
• Maintain a tidy front‑desk and lobby area at all times.
• During night shifts, follow safety procedures, report incidents and ensure operational continuity.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably hospitality.
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch (both languages are a strong advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling guest issues independently.
• Reliable, punctual and professional mindset.
• Eligibility to work in Belgium.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Opera Cloud (preferred).
