React Native Developer

About the role

Ideal Systems is looking for a motivated React Native Developer to join its fast‑growing mobile engineering team. You will help build and maintain mobile applications that extend leading Customer Experience platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, and NICE, serving thousands of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain iOS and Android applications using React Native.
• Implement new features under the guidance of senior developers.
• Integrate backend services and REST APIs.
• Improve user experience, performance, and code quality.
• Debug and resolve issues in development and production environments.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers in an agile setting.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of software development experience (including internships or personal projects).
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and React with a strong interest in React Native.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and modern front‑end concepts.
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to code quality.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English (Dutch a plus).
