Quality & Regulatory Assistant Intern

About the role

This internship offers a student the chance to work on quality and regulatory activities within a fast‑growing digital health company. You will support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Bingli’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and help keep the system audit‑ready as the company expands its certified medical‑device activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain QMS/IMS logs, trackers and records.
• Support document updates, formatting and consistency checks.
• Assist with document review, approval and signature workflows.
• Follow up on CAPAs, non‑conformities, action items and change requests.
• Support KPI tracking and quality follow‑up activities.
• Monitor updates to standards, guidance and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain internal registers related to standards and regulatory monitoring.
• Assist with audit preparation and audit‑readiness activities.
• Support training record follow‑up and general QMS coordination tasks.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working with documentation and structured follow‑up.
• In the final year of a Bachelor programme or currently completing a Master’s degree.
• Studying a relevant field such as Quality Management, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Technology, Regulatory Affairs, Bioengineering or a related discipline.
